Find Your Program
Coming Soon

We're building something to make your training even easier to follow. Starting next cycle, you'll be able to pull up your program right here — built around your WES tier and where you're at.

Stay tuned. Your coach will let you know when it's live.

Assessment
Performance & Readiness Assessment

We test you across strength, endurance, body composition, mobility, pain, and confidence. Every program decision we make is built off this data.

Then every quarter, you retest. Your coach pulls up both sets of numbers and tells you exactly what changed, what improved, and what to work on next.

First Assessment
Within your first month.
Reassessments
Every 3 months.
What It Measures
Strength, endurance, body comp, mobility, pain, confidence.
Results
Private. Used only to build your program.

Body Composition
InBody Scan

Step on, stand still — 60 seconds later you have a full breakdown of what your body is actually made of. Not just your weight.

Muscle Mass Body Fat % Visceral Fat Body Water BMR Segmental Analysis

Scan every 2 weeks — that's enough time for real change to show up. Scanning more often creates noise, not insight.

Progression
The WES Scale

WES stands for Weight Bearing, Eccentric Contraction, and Skill. The framework we use to build you up the right way — earning intensity through actual readiness, not just time in the gym.

You don't pick your tier. Your coach tracks the data and moves you when you're actually ready.

White
Weight Bearing — Foundation. Joint-friendly positions, foundational movement, building load tolerance. Most people rush past this. We don't let you.
Blue
Eccentric Control — Development. You've built a base. Now developing eccentric strength and increasing load. This is where durability comes from.
Black
Skill-Level Movement — Performance. Complex, high-demand movements under real performance conditions. Earned through data, not assumption.

On the Floor

Sessions are built around you — your time, your coaching, your progress. To make sure every member gets the full benefit of their session, we keep things dialed in on the floor. We genuinely love catching up and knowing what's going on in your life — but let's keep it to two minutes or save the longer conversations for a text or call. Every minute matters when it comes to making sure everyone is coached equally and well.

Keep account questions for outside the session
Billing, membership changes, or account issues are better handled over text or email. These conversations take more time than a session allows — and we want every minute of yours to count for training.
Flag any discomfort before you start
Dealing with soreness, pain, or anything going on with your body? Let your Point Coach know before the session or shoot them a message ahead of time. We want to be fully prepared to take the best care of you.
Keep personal conversations brief on the floor
We love catching up — genuinely. But let's keep it to two minutes or less during sessions and save the longer ones for a text or call. Every minute on the floor is a minute of coaching for someone.
Late arrivals still end on time
If you arrive late, your session still wraps at the top of the hour — out of respect for the members coming in right after you.

Scheduling

Good scheduling keeps sessions from getting overloaded, gives your coaches time to prepare for you, and makes sure spots stay available for every member who wants one. It's one of the simplest ways to show up for each other.

How to schedule using the IMOC Fitness App

Reserve your spot before coming in
Please book your session on the app before showing up. Don't assume an open timeslot means it's okay to walk in — reservations are how we make sure we're ready for you.
Can't make it? Cancel ahead of time
If you know you're not going to make your session, please cancel on the app as soon as you can. That opens your spot for another member who wants in — and it helps everyone get their sessions in.
Booking window: up to 2 hours before
You can reserve a session up to 2 hours before it starts.
Cancellation window: 8 hours before
Sessions can be cancelled up to 8 hours before they begin.
Rescheduling: cancel first, then rebook
If you need to move your session, cancel your current one on the app before booking a new slot — otherwise both sessions count toward your monthly total.
House Rules
Membership

Understanding how your membership works keeps everything running smoothly — no surprises, no complications. Following these guidelines protects your account and makes sure you're always getting the most out of what you have.

Use your sessions — they don't roll over automatically
Your membership includes a set number of sessions per month. It's your responsibility to use them within your billing cycle.
Your month starts on your join date
Your billing cycle begins on the date you signed up — and your sessions reset on that same date each month.
Going out of town? Plan ahead
Front-load your month by booking extra sessions before you leave so you don't lose them while you're away.
Vacation carryover
If you're going on vacation and genuinely can't use your sessions, you can carry them into the following billing cycle.
No automatic rollovers
Rollovers are only allowed with coach approval and only for special circumstances.
Monthly renewal and cancellation
Your membership renews automatically each month on your join date. To cancel, just let a coach know and they'll take care of it.

Coach Chris
Chris
Coach · Training Manager
Chris's dedication shows up in everything he does—for our members, our team, and the coaching profession itself. His background as a Marine brings discipline and clear expectations to his sessions, but his approach is patient and practical. He listens, meets you where you are, and makes the adjustments you need to move forward safely. He expects effort and takes responsibility for giving you the guidance to make that effort count. When Chris first joined IMOC, he told us he wanted to help raise the standard of professionalism in the fitness industry. We've seen him follow through in the way he prepares, coaches, and cares for our members. He believes people should develop strength, explosiveness, durability, and fluidity in their movement. That belief shapes his coaching, and we've watched members build those abilities through their work with him. Chris also serves as our Training Manager, overseeing the delivery of our training sessions. His care and consistency reach beyond the people he coaches directly—he's a big part of why our members continue to progress.
Coach Eddie
Eddie
Coach
When we first spoke with Eddie about joining IMOC, it felt like he'd already read our notes on coaching. His philosophy lined up with ours immediately: understand the person, make training personal, and help people build strength that improves their lives. Eddie brings 12 years of coaching experience and a background in professional hockey. He's worked with professional and youth athletes, seniors returning to training after surgery or injury, and people looking to feel stronger and healthier in everyday life. That experience gives him an eye for what people can accomplish, but he takes the time to learn your starting point first. He wants to understand what you can do, what you believe you can do, and where thoughtful guidance can help you build confidence. Members appreciate his balance of fun and hard work. He's kind, approachable, and good at helping people understand their training while enjoying the process. Every session has a purpose beyond leaving you exhausted. What we value just as much is his humility. Eddie brings years of experience and still welcomes opportunities to learn—from fellow coaches and from our members. He takes pride in his craft, and you feel that in the attention he gives you.
Coach Fereshteh
Fereshteh
Coach
Fereshteh brings warmth, patience, and a serious commitment to helping you improve. She's humble and gentle in her manner, but ask anyone who trains with her: she knows how to get you working. A mother of two adults, Fereshteh has competed in professional physique competitions, putting years of dedication to training and nutrition into practice. Her experience gives her a firsthand understanding of the work, consistency, and patience involved in changing body composition. Her interest in the body goes well beyond appearance. She loves understanding how people move and has a thoughtful eye for the adjustments that help them train more effectively. She takes the time to guide you, build your confidence, and find the right level of challenge. For members who wonder whether meaningful change is still possible, Fereshteh offers both encouragement and a powerful personal example. She'll meet you with kindness, take your goals seriously, and help you work toward them. That's the balance our members appreciate: she challenges you with care, so you leave feeling capable and accomplished.
Coach Mark
Mark
Coach
Mark has a way of making you feel welcome while making sure you get to work. It's that balance of personality and purpose that our members love: you can enjoy your session and know you're getting thoughtful, attentive coaching. He takes the time to get to know you, pays attention to the details, and helps you get more out of your training. His encouragement comes with real instruction—helping you understand the movement, make adjustments, and build confidence as you get stronger. As an experienced coach and professional massage therapist, Mark brings an understanding of the body that informs his approach to movement, strength, and durability. What we appreciate just as much is his work ethic. Mark practices what he preaches, cares deeply about his craft, and is always learning and asking questions. He shows up ready to work because he wants the people he coaches to move better, feel better, and keep progressing.
Coach Edgar
Edgar
Director
Edgar has helped shape IMOC Fitness from its earliest days, building a place where people of all experience levels can become stronger, more capable, and more confident in their bodies. His approach draws on over 15 years of coaching, mentorship from experienced industry leaders, and work with professional surfers, cyclists, BMX athletes, and dancers. He pays attention to the movement limitations that can hold people back, combining purposeful adjustments with challenging training to build strength and durability. As Director, Edgar guides our training philosophy and mentors our coaches. His influence reaches beyond his own sessions, helping our team deliver thoughtful, effective coaching to every member who walks through our doors.

Getting
Started

IMOC is a semi-private training gym. That means you train in small groups — never more than a handful of people — with a coach who actually knows you. Every program is built around your body, your goals, and your current fitness level. You're not dropped into a class and left on your own. You have a coach in your corner every session.

Your first month is an onboarding phase. We use it to learn how you move, collect your baseline data, and set up a long-term program that's actually built for you. Here's everything you need to know to get started.

Getting Started

Your First Session

🧺 Towel 💧 Water bottle 💪 Good attitude
Your first month (or first 6 sessions) is an onboarding phase. You'll repeat the same program every session.
This builds predictability and confidence before we change anything.
The exercises are intentionally low-barrier and scalable from easy to hard. They're used to help the coach assess your movement patterns, identify deficiencies and imbalances, and collect data before locking in your long-term program.
Within your first month, you'll also complete an IMOC Performance & Readiness Assessment — this becomes your baseline for quarterly assessments going forward.

Your First Month

1
Sessions 1–6 — Same program, every session
You do the same workout each time. Repetition is the point — it lets your coach watch how your body moves, spot patterns, and track changes from session to session.
2
Within your first month — IMOC Assessment
A performance and readiness assessment to measure your baseline — strength, conditioning, mobility, and readiness. This becomes the starting point for every future evaluation.
3
After month one — Point Coach assigned
You're assigned a Point Coach — usually the coach you've worked with most. They become your primary contact for programming, questions, and everything related to your training.
4
Long-term program locked in
Your Point Coach builds a program specific to your data, your goals, and your starting point. From here, programming evolves with you every quarter.

See it in action

A rough look at what your first session covers — low-skill, natural movements that let your coach see how your body moves and where to start.

Coaching

Your Point Coach

After your first month, you'll be assigned a Point Coach.

It's usually the coach you've worked with the most in that first month — the one who already knows how you move, what you're working around, and what you're after. We just make it official.
Your Point Coach tracks your progress over time, makes calls on your program, and is the person you go to when something comes up. Scheduling, questions about your training, something feels off — that's who you text.
For now, just show up. Work with whoever's coaching that day. Your first month is about getting comfortable and collecting your baseline. The rest sorts itself out.

FAQ

Common Questions

Can I come more than once a day?
We don't recommend it, especially in your first month. The onboarding program is designed to accumulate — more isn't better here. Once you're past the onboarding phase, talk to your Point Coach about what makes sense for your schedule and goals.
What if I'm really sore after my first few sessions?
That's normal, especially in week one. Let your coach know before the session and they'll adjust accordingly. Don't skip — light movement actually helps. If something feels like more than soreness, flag it right away.
What if I can't do one of the exercises?
Tell your coach. Every exercise in the onboarding program has modifications. The goal is to find the version that challenges you without putting you at risk. There's no wrong answer here — just honest communication.
Can I switch my Point Coach?
Yes. If after your first month you feel a better fit exists with another coach, just bring it up. We'll make it work. We want you to be working with someone you actually connect with.
What counts as a late arrival?
Anything after the session's scheduled start time. If you're running behind, text your coach so they can plan around it. Your session still ends at the top of the hour regardless of when you arrive.
How will I know if I'm actually making progress?
Your IMOC Assessment gives you a baseline. Every quarter, you'll retest the same benchmarks and see exactly where you've improved. Your Point Coach will also give you a progress check-in — not just a number, but a real conversation about where you are and where you're going.
